★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cute spot with good coffee! Staff was so kind. Great place to meet friends and hangout. I will say if you want to work here it may not be the best because WiFi goes out! But otherwise amazing spot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a cute European style coffee shop! The style of the space is very clean and chic. They even serve Italian coffee brand - illy. I came with my dog and they has no problem with her being inside. I have ordered an almond cappuccino (big portion) and a banana nut muffin (very fresh and tasty). They also have a wide selection of teas for which I will come back! Overall: pet friendly, fresh pastry, and Italian coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful decor, friendly service, delicious coffee. Nice blend of local and tourist customers while we were there. You'll wait a little longer than you might be used to in Canada/USA for your coffee, but you're on Merida time here.
We'll be indulging a few more times before heading home in a week. Gracias!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is adorable!! Probably the prettiest coffee shop in/around Centro. The coffee & food are both good. The one problem is the WiFi is pretty weak if you want to work. If you just need it to go online for a few minutes it’s fine, but it’s sadly hard to work from this café.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice atmosphere suitable for relaxed conversations as well as concentrated work. Cappuccino was good. Fruit bowl with granola and yogurt was excellent (great variety of fruits and large portion).
Fresh orange juice was stretched with water though, therefore lacking the 5th star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place in general is really nice, beautiful interior, good coffee and the Danes with Nutella and nuts was super delicious! Prices are a bit high though.
The reason I’m only giving two stars is because of the “house rules”. I got there at 9 in the morning to get a little work on my laptop done and was the only guest, one more person and a family of three came in later but left after a little while. The house rules say there is a minimum consumption of 140 pesos per person per hour; which is a lot in my opinion. I do understand they don’t want some remote workers stay for hours without ordering anything and taking up space that could be used for other people. However, i thought this only makes sense on busy days with a lot of guests. I went there on a Monday morning with almost no guests. I ordered the Danes de Nutella and a coffee and after approximately an hour of working, the waitress asked me if I wanted something else or if she can bring me the check. I already found this a bit rude since i for sure would have ordered something else, but she was almost forcing me to. So I ordered some drink. After she brought it, she asked again if I wanted something more (again almost forcing me to order something more). I ordered a croissant for take away since I was planning on doing that from the start. Then it seemed like I ordered enough because she didn’t ask again, but by that time I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome because I felt they don’t really want me to be there, even though I was the only (!) guest most of the time. I’m never gonna go there again, even though I really liked the food. Poor customer service. You Don’t treat you’re guests like that. You should make every guest feel welcome and you did the exact opposite in my case. There are some other cafes in Merida that I can really recommend and that don’t make you feel like they want to get rid of you.
