Everything I've tried has been delicious and the prices are reasonable, however customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Miss. Blonde hair that attended me and seemed to be the owner has zero touch and service attitude. Upon entering the store he did not answer my greeting nor asked me what I wanted. I already knew what product I would ask, however when requesting it, the Miss did not know what product it was and when paying she did not even thank me. Fortunately when I picked up the product, it was exactly what I had ordered, however I was surprised that they did not deliver it to me with the "package" with which the product is usually delivered, and when requesting one they told me that they were not available. As one of the most "prestigious" pastry shops in the city, I think they should try harder when it comes to providing their customers with attention.

They are liars, since they do raffles of products in the events where they participate and later they do not respect it. It is misleading advertising, the coupon does not have an expiration date. I'm thinking of reporting bad publicity to Profeco.

Order a cake for when they open at 9am because it is a meeting that will take 1 hour, and they open at 9am. I asked them if they were punctual when they opened, which they told me yes. It arrived and 30 minutes later it took them to open, obviously I was late for the meeting that was going to take 1 hour. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
