★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has been terrible to deal with. They not only try to increase the amount you pay for your rental after you have paid in full. They then cancel reservations without explanation until asked. They hold your money denying they even have it for months. And hold your bond and when asking for receipts of expenses they won't supply them. I am so dissappointed as Merida is a beautiful location to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented from Merida Rentals and Property Management last year and it was an excellent experience. We have rented in Merida many times and this was one of the best! The property was beautiful and just as described. All questions and concerns were promptly addressed. Perhaps the other renter with the bad review did not read the rental agreement properly - the amount of people staying at a property is strictly enforced. We will be renting from Merida Rentals again this year.
