★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He sido cliente de la lavandería por años sin embargo el día de hoy 20/04/2020 tuve una mala experiencia (anteriormente también el servicio al cliente se ha deteriorado) al expresarle a la señora que apoya a atender por las mañanas que me parecía algo caro el servicio ($91 pesos por lavadora gde + jabón + pinol + suavitel) en comparación con la lavandería ubicada en aviación casi esquina con carr. Base aérea (<$90 por servicio completo)... la señora solo me hizo cara y me dijo que me esperar porque más caro se iba a poner (en tono de sarcasmos)... ojo ahí con la actitud pues no ha sido la primera vez...
I have been a customer of the laundry for years, however today 04/20/2020 I had a bad experience (previously also the customer service has deteriorated) when expressing to the lady who supports to attend in the morning that I thought it was something expensive the service ($ 91 pesos for washing machine gde + soap + pinol + suavitel) compared to the laundry located on aviation almost corner with carr. Air base (<$ 90 for full service) ... the lady just made me face and told me to wait because it was going to get more expensive (in a tone of sarcasm) ... be careful with the attitude because it has not been the first time...
