Lavanderia Doña Soco - 77500 Cancún

Amazing same day service ,they charge by the kilo but the price is right, pickup and delivery to my hotel , Nice people . If you need your clothes clean lavandería Doña Soco is the right place.

I chose this business because of the good reviews. Prices are low , clothes were neatly folded but I didn’t have a good experience. I purchased the expedited service around 11am , I was told they would deliver my clothes to my hotel in about two hours. I missed a scheduled photo shoot at 4:45 with my family because our clothes were not delivered until a little past 5pm . I called around 4 and the man working told me it was on its way to my hotel already, which is just down the street, I called again at 4:50 because I still hadn’t received it, the man answered again and said that it’s on its way to my hotel again, I politely expressed to him that I was disappointed with the service because I was quoted delivery hours before hand and that I now missed my photo shoot. He hung up on me 30seconds into the conversation. Not sure if he was an employee or co-owner but he definitely was not interested in customer satisfaction. I wouldn’t return and I wouldn’t recommend if you need your clothes washed the same day.

I definitely recommend! I dropped off 2kg of clothes on the evening of Nov 18. Maria is very friendly and patient with my basic Spanish. If you don't know any Spanish, there's a sign on the wall to explain the rates. I paid ~$9 and had my clothes the next afternoon. The clothes were folded nicely, packaged well, and smelled great! You couldn't pay me $9 to treat my own laundry so well! I've been to hotels that would have charged $9 for a single shirt! This place also takes credit card, so that was a nice convenience. The location appears to be in the midst of half-an-abandoned shopping center, but don't despair! Their business is hopping. If you're walking there from the Riu Palace Las Americas, like I was, you may also encounter a hotel laundry place which you'll see is just full of linens and towels. Walk past the hotel laundry and you'll find Lavanderia Doña Soco.

Wow what a experience. From messaging on Google chat to pick up to delivery. If I could give 10 stars I would. Very professional, picked up from hotel, let me know when picking up and when delivering the clothes back..the clothes smell so fresh and clean. 150% recommend anyone that needs clothes washed and cleaned.

Such a friendly and well english speaking lady! It is possible to have the laundry done express, but also for the next day. The laundry is fragrant, nicely folded and wrapped. ??

Clean but not smelly. Very satisfied with everything! The service was great, the quality great. I dropped it off around 3p on Friday and picked up just before 3p on Saturday. They have a no-fragrance detergent and do not use fabric softener. My clothes are fresh, clean, and ready for me to put away, pack, or wear. The cost was more than worth the quality. 4.4 kilo was less than $15 USD!!!
