★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience, do not recommend going here if you are after a reliable service. We dropped our clothes off to be washed and ready for the following day by 6pm. We turned up at 6:30pm and the children that run the laundry couldn’t locate our clothes anywhere. After 5 minutes of searching we found our laundry in the same bags we handed them in to the staff just sitting on the floor, untouched. They’d put them aside on the floor discarded and had no reason for why they hadn’t washed anything. When we asked why our bags were sitting in the corner and not yet laundered the girl had nothing to say. Not apologetic at all, no adults on site, no system or order to what they do. Really disappointing experience and would not recommend to anyone. We took our clothes (still dirty) and left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON’T GO HERE. They wash and iron clothes for you. All lightly colored clothes was smudged with some black spots (see photo). Some t-shirts had holes from over ironing. Paid ~150 pesos for damaging my clothes. Avoid this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT GO THERE! Really bad experience!!! After we picked up our clean laundry we realized that we are missing three pieces of our clothes, two t shirts and one sweater. Instead we got two shirts that didn’t belong to us. We went back to ask for our stuff they only told us to check the other bags of clean laundry ourselves and weren’t helping us at all, of course we could not find our stuff anywhere. Haven’t experienced something like this anywhere in the world, even in Asia we always received all of our clothes back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clothes were washed and folded fine but service was very slow. Was told they would be ready in 2 days' time at midday and even then they still weren't ready when we came to collect at 1pm. The attendant had no explanation except that they had only just been put in the dryer. If you are in a rush do not use this laundry.

We dropped off our laundry around 10am & arranged to pick up at 12noon the following day as we were leaving tulum. When we arrived our bag of laundry was lying on the ground not even started yet.
We were told it would be ready in the next 2 hours but this was not acceptable as we were scheduled to move on. So we asked for our money back & left extremely frustrated with no clean clothes.
Do not recommend!
