★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place, by far, is the best vegan spot in Tulum! The prices are reasonable, the staff is hospitable, and the food is outstanding. I have had my fair share of beet burgers and vegan nachos, but at Laylo, the beet-meat burger and the nachos were the best I have ever had! There is limited seating inside the lounge and outside in the patio but it's nice and quiet. Also try their tropical smoothie which has Mango, Papaya, Almond Milk, and coconut!
We had a chance to speak to the chef and he was kind enough to explain his journey on how he develops new vegan dishes for the menu. Definitely a must-stop if you are looking for a delicious vegan restaurant in Tulum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very delicious tacos and burritos!m, this restaurant is more Americanised, losing the authentic taste of spicy Mexican salsa! But a good place to eat snacks or quick meals! They have amazing smoothies too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a lovely place with a great vibe and food. I was the only one there for a little bit between the dinner crowd & late night crowd and it was so peaceful. The service was great. I ordered the hummus (so delicious & filling) as well as the pesto pita pizza, as well as a fresh ginger limonada. Will come back for the kava & juice one morning!
