★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are places where you see reviews and you have high expectations. And after the meal is served there is a big disappointment. This is one of them. I ordered pizza, which eas more like pizza-like bread. It was so salty, I drunk my beer after three pieces. They also did not have one third of the drink menu, e.g. Mezcal, out of 7 beers they had three… nice atmosphere though.
A bit pricey for what you should get and even more for what you get.

bit more cheese (and slightly thinner tortillas).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m giving 5 starts because I think it’s worth exploring and it’s good to have a veg option in Valladolid map. The food was ok at first but I came back because I think it has a lot of potential and I would definitely come back to taste more of their dishes. First we had a bbq burger, which was very good, and avocado pasta, which was a bit dull, we got just guacamole on the second visit and it was superb. The smoothies are interesting! The one called I think Esperanza was with celery and parsley, I thought it be green but no! It was white - made of celery not celery sticks and parsnip, not parsley! Different to what I’d expect but if you’re craving some vitamins, go for it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant was one of my best places visited in this little town of Valladolid, service was good (although by the time I visited it, it was kind of busy so they didn't bring the menu on time, but it was OK). I ordered the roasted couliflower, taco trio and a beer, everything was so delicious that I wanted to order more!
That day they only took cash, but prices are reasonable a but higher but not in excess. Really worth it.

I loved the Hamburguesa BBQ the sauces were very good together, is that kind of restaurant to eat 3 courses to get satisfied if you are a good eater like me. I had the couliflower entry and the burguer. At the end I could still eat another burguer. The flavor was really amazing, but I like it better when I get at least satisfied (that's why 4 stars).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed the 3 tacos with the multi colored tortillas and delicious salsa. The falafel bowl was very bland with a bland sauce. We instead asked for another salsa and used this as a sauce for the falafel bowl instead. The pineapple basil juice was tasty. Ambience very nice with an amazing guitarist playing when we were there. He was our favorite part of this restaurant. Service quite slow and it took a very long time to get a simple sparking water.

The restaurant has a wonderful environment, delicious food, quick and excellent service. Everything was simply perfect. The brownie dessert with vanilla ice cream was exceptional.
I highly recommend you visit this place when in Valladolid.
