★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coto habitacional muy bonito con casas pequeñas pero muy bien aprevechadas en cuanto a sus dimensiones y espacio. Funcional y buen servicio administrativo con vigilancia las 24 horas. Costo de renta elevado no acorde con la ubicación del fraccionamiento al no ser una zona residencial sino más bien bastante popular.
Very nice residential preserve with small houses but very well appreciated in terms of their dimensions and space. Functional and good administrative service with 24 hour security. High rent cost not in accordance with the location of the subdivision as it is not a residential area but rather quite popular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le Parc es un coto localizado serca de la primavera dónde viven mis compadres y mi ahijado, es un buen lugar para vivir, las casas tienen buen tamaño y queda muy serca de la primavera, lo que te permite si eres ciclista divertirte mucho sin tener que transportarse por mucho tiempo, también puedes ir a caminar, existen rutas muy lindas.
Le Parc is a preserve located near the spring where my compadres and my godson live, it is a good place to live, the houses are good size and it is very close to spring, which allows you if you are a cyclist to have a lot of fun without having to transport for a long time, you can also go for a walk, there are very beautiful routes.
