It is a clean, neat bakery, its staff well presented with cap and gown. For now the bread is in separate bags. In the afternoon they make white bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta panadería ya era emblemática en cuajimalpa antes de cambiar a la franquicia lecaroz, muchos la recordarán como panadería las palmas de san José, frente a la iglesia, durante muchos años fue incluso un punto de encuentro, ahora más pequeña y aunque la mayor parte del pan no es preparado u horneado ahí, sigue teniendo ese toque tradicional con buen sabor, falta un poco de mantenimiento pero la atención de la mayoría de su personal lo compensa, si quieres bolillos o teleras recién hechas este es el lugar donde lo encontrarás
