★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad el producto es magnífico y sumamente bueno, lo verdaderamente malo es la atención de estos amigos, compre varios productos porque insisto es muy bueno, pero estos compadres son buenos para nada al momento de resolver, se averió uno de mis led principal, pedí que me vendiera uno solo, ni siquiera les pedí regalado nada, no les he pedido ni una morona regalado, les he comprado más de 5 mil pesos y por uno solo que se averió, les pedí que me vendieran en solo, uno ni siquiera reclamo del mismo, pero estos amigos me tienen desde hace meses "consiguiendo uno solo" y ahora nuevamente tras la tercer vuelta, me piden dejar pagado el producto (que es el más alto de gama como todos los que les he comprado), para vender si son buenisimos, pero para resolver en verdad deja mucho que desear su pésima calidad de atención, la única persona que vale la pena en atención, es la señora que amablemente te atiende. Un ejemplo de pésima atencion tambien fue el segundo vehículo al que le compre su mejor producto pues no sabían que la forma de la base era distinta y termine instalando yo, algo que me querian cobrar por solo enroscar 500 pesos de mano de obra, algo muy simple lo resolvi instalando yo mismo y solamente doblando una pequeña ceja de la base del seguro. Por ello cobrar como si no fuera suficiente la cantidad de producto que he comprado. Repito una vez más, el producto es MAGNÍFICO, pero su atención es PÉSIMA y su pobre forma de resolución y respuesta al cliente, arrogantes en su forma de respuesta.

The only person worth paying attention to is the lady who kindly attends to you. An example of terrible attention was also the second vehicle to which I bought their best product because they did not know that the shape of the base was different and I ended up installing something that they wanted to charge me for just screwing 500 pesos of labor, something very I solved it simply by installing it myself and only bending a small tab at the base of the insurance. I repeat once again, the product is MAGNIFICENT, but its attention is AWFUL and its poor form of resolution and response to the client, arrogant in its form of response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Publicidad engañosa, en facebook tienen otros precios, y en el local otros, no son led de marca, no tienen garantia, ofrecen en facebook publicación de desconectar w instalar, el famoso plug and play, pero depende de el carro y de como te vean te inventan que desconectar w instalar se complica y pueden cobrarte hasta 700 pesos mas, nada recomendable, mejor buscar esos modelos chinos en mercado libre y pagar a un electrico por una instalación verdadera sus famosos 22 lumenes no son reales, no tienen el consumo real, para saber si tu bateria y tu sistema eléctrico tendrá problemas. ESTAFA PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA
