El personal que tienen está capacitado en comportamiento animal, siendo esto muy importante para mi porque saben interpretar las conductas de los perritos, lo que hace que hace una buena convivencia y evita conflictos entre los perritos.
Tienen un trato excelente con mi mascota, además que constantemente me mandan fotos y videos de como va su día. Cuando voy por él, me dan un resumen rápido de su día y comportamiento, lo que me ayuda a entender mejor a mi perrito. El lugar está acondicionado para que los perros puedan realizar diferentes actividades en su visita.
Mi mascota se ha quedado en pensión, en guardería y para baño y en todas he quedado súper contenta.
La atención que proporcionan es personalizada y completa, puedes comentarles lo que buscas y ellos te hacen un paquete que se adapte.
It is the best nursery and pension in Puebla. I have only had good experiences with them. The staff they have is trained in animal behavior, this being very important to me because they know how to interpret the behavior of the puppies, which makes for a good coexistence and avoids conflicts between the puppies.
They treat my pet excellently, and they constantly send me photos and videos of how their day is going. When I go for him, they give me a quick summary of his day and behavior, which helps me understand my little dog better. The place is conditioned so that the dogs can carry out different activities during their visit.
My pet has stayed in a boarding house, in nursery and for a bathroom and I have been super happy with all of them.
The attention they provide is personalized and complete, you can tell them what you are looking for and they will make you a package that suits you.

La atención por parte de todo el personal siempre es súper amable.
Siempre están al pendiente de los pequeños, se preocupan por ellos y mandan reportes de su estancia. Mi perro es muy feliz cuando sabe que es día de guardería y llega bastante cansado de haber estado jugando todo el día.
Los súper recomiendo, ya que cuidan mucho de que los perritos tengan una convivencia tranquila. Calificación: 10 de 5 estrellas. Excelente servicio.
