Y ninguna de las 2 tapaderas funciono y los empaques de las válvulas estaban con bastante desgaste, me comunique al teléfono y por Whatsapp; me lograron contestar como al mes y no me dieron ninguna solución. Pedí que me bonificaran con otros de sus productos el costo de una tapadera que tuve que realizar por un tercero, ya que tengo los 2 barriles sin poderlos usar. Hasta el dia de hoy el Sr. Roberto Rojas sigue sin solucionar mi situación.
2 months ago I bought 2 reconditioned barrels through the website. And neither of the 2 covers worked and the valve gaskets were quite worn, I contacted them by phone and WhatsApp; They managed to answer me about a month and they did not give me any solution. I asked them to discount the cost of a lid that I had to make by a third party with other of their products, since I have the 2 barrels without being able to use them. To this day, Mr. Roberto Rojas still hasn't solved my situation.
