★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are, according to Google, three Ley grocery stores, each the very same distance from where I lie writing this as I listen to a podcast on the rise of Asian philosophy. Que bueno.
I was wandering aimlessly the other day, no doubt in a heat stroke, when I came upon this Ley. It was, until then, the biggest store I'd seen since falling off the Baja Star and swimming to this neighborhood. I write this review merely to attest to the existence of one of these three Ley stores listed as existing in this part of the Centro neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is annoying as all hell for their bag checking service. They take your bags and good luck if you can find someone to give it back to you. They could care less about customer service. This location specifically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great find. We had no idea there was a Ley's so close to us. Clean, well stocked, with good service. It's more of a modern grocery store than the local fruterias and offers all of the food options you expect from a regular grocer. Maybe not as fresh, but convenient, prepackaged, quick and easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good grocery store with good prices. Security guard got mad at me for walking my shopping cart down the sidewalk to my car. Felt very racist that he was singing me out like I was going to steal a shopping cart.
