★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahora en pandemia Libromex se encarga de entregar los libros a padres de familia de dos escuelas. Nos enviaron una circular dónde informaron que debíamos cumplir con un protocolo por el covid-19, (pasar por el tapete, medir temperatura y aplicar gel), no lo hicieron, además usaron un esquema de citas para que solo 3 padres fueran atendidos por 4 empleados de Libromex. En el establecimiento éramos 7 en total para un espacio físico muy reducido. Cuentan con una puerta de gran tamaño que permitiría mantener ventilada el área pero te obligan a cerrarla por qué el Aire acondicionado está encendido, lo que hace que el lugar no se encuentre ventilado incrementando el riesgo de contagio en el lugar. Finalmente los empleados entran a Libromex sin cubrebocas puesto, incluso uno salió minutos después de haber ingresado sin haberse colocado aún el cubrebocas. Porfavor cuiden a sus clientes e implementen medidas que si eviten contagios.
Now in a pandemic, Libromex is in charge of delivering the books to parents of two schools. They sent us a circular where they informed that we had to comply with a protocol for covid-19, (go through the mat, measure temperature and apply gel), they did not do so, they also used an appointment scheme so that only 3 parents were attended by 4 Libromex employees. In the establishment there were 7 of us in total for a very small physical space. They have a large door that would allow the area to be ventilated but they force you to close it because the air conditioning is on, which means that the place is not ventilated, increasing the risk of contagion in the place. Finally, employees enter Libromex without wearing a mask, even one left minutes after entering without having yet put on the mask. Please take care of your clients and implement measures that do prevent contagion.
