★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanto, ya que por estos tiempos de estar trabajando en modo home office, tenia demasiada tensión en la espalda y realmente con las terapias me han ayudado a bajar esa tension, evitando tener problemas secundarios como dolores de espalda, realmente no necesitas tener una lesión para acudir.
