Engañan a la gente diciendo que ya están los tramites para liberar un inmueble y no es cierto, ya que al formalizar la compraventa, los gravámenes ni los avisos preventivos no están cancelados. Situación que conllevó a que el vendedor no pudiera vender y los compradores no pudieran adquirir el bien, causando daños y perjuicios a los contratantes
Terrible attention, very slow in its procedures. They deceive people by saying that the procedures are already in place to release a property and it is not true, since when the sale is formalized, the liens and preventive notices are not cancelled. Situation that led to the seller not being able to sell and the buyers not being able to acquire the good, causing damages to the contracting parties
