Y te atienden de mal gusto te hacen esperar y hacer filas. Las citas por internet no te lo respetan pero como es dependencia de gobierno no te queda de otra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La duración aproximada de trámite es de dos horas. De nada sirve contar con cita aunque es un requisito. Por cierto la cita por Internet se debe sacar con al menos un mes de anticipación. Eso demuestra lo precario del servicio.
The approximate duration of the procedure is two hours. It is useless to have an appointment although it is a requirement. By the way, the online appointment must be made at least one month in advance. That shows how precarious the service is.
