cubre mis necesidades para entrenar, la ubicación es perfecta, suficientes aparatos, espacios amplios, baño y regaderas cómodos y no se siente sofocado; el personal de limpieza está en acción constantemente... Es mi lugar favorito para estar en mi hora de recreo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia al tratar de inscribir me. No vale la pena gastar tiempo ahí, el servicio de Lupita y Nayeli nefasto. Tardaron alrededor de 5 minutos en atender y no estaban ocupadas. Opté por retirarme si así tratan a un cliente nuevo no quiero imaginar como tratan a los demás. Cero recomrndable?
Terrible experience trying to enroll me. It is not worth spending time there, Lupita and Nayeli's service is disastrous. They took about 5 minutes to answer and they were not busy. I chose to withdraw if this is how they treat a new client I don't want to imagine how they treat others. Zero recommendable?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen gimnasio, en mi opinión, podría tener más aparatos, pero en compensación, sus entrenadores son excelentes, te explican muy bien y las rutinas muy buenas.
Good gym, in my opinion, it could have more equipment, but on the other hand, its trainers are excellent, they explain very well and the routines are very good.

Solo hay un pequeño detalle hay una señora en el turno de la noche , bastante nefasta, su actitud deja mucho que desear
Le preguntas algo y se hace la que no te escucha o no entiende .
Deberían checar bien a su personal , para evitar molestias de clientes nuevos como yo

There is only one small detail, there is a lady on the night shift, quite disastrous, her attitude leaves much to be desired
You ask him something and he pretends he doesn't listen to you or doesn't understand.
They should check their staff well, to avoid inconvenience from new clients like me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge disadvantage is limiting rule which doesnt allow powerlifting (no proper deadlift nor hip thrust with olimpic barbells allowed. There is no free squat rack. Bafrooms are also quite stincky. Advantage is a steam room and kids area.
