★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dia de hoy tuve una muy mala experiencia, acudí a la sucursal a las 20:25 p.m. Me atendieron de forma prepotente queriéndome vender el producto de la elección del empleado no lo que yo solicitaba haciéndome mención que cerraban a alas 21:00 hrs. Le exprese que cada fin de semana ocurre lo mismo, te quieren vender solo lo que ellos quieren, le pregunte que si solo ocurría en su sucursal y su repuesta fue "de hecho si", al decirle que pondría mi queja la respuesta fue "no me importa", le comentamos que también trabajamos en servicio al cliente que no podía responder de esa manera y ella respondió "mire señor mejor callese". Esta es la segunda ocasión que me ocurre una situación como esta.
