S	Sanghyun Park on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Live Aqua Beach Resort is the best!!!! We were recommended by several friends that this is the best resort in Cancun. Everyone here is so nice and constantly ensures that your stay here is a pleasant one. The rooms we stayed were truly amazing. Clean, Quiet and very spacious. Food here was also amazing! They also provide free antigen tests for travelling back to the US. U can also purchase a "Covid ins" in case u test positive. It covers your stay if u need to self-isolate. I would def come back to Live Aqua!! Truly amazing place!!!

Checked Multiple restaurants to choose from? Checked The only place they lack is night life, but I've been told it'll get better soon. We'll have to return and see for ourselves (what a great excuse to go there again)
C	CaraMari Seligman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved our stay. The staff is incredible. Don’t pay extra for a terrace room or even the aqua club, you don’t need it. Make sure to tip instead!! The construction going on next-door was not loud nor did it bother us at all during our stay. If you have food allergies, the staff was incredibly aware of ingredients in the food and steered us in the right direction.

The resort is beautiful, staff is friendly, and food is excellent! A special shout out to the two Marias! The first Maria, in group sales, was amazing to deal with and helped us get our rooms ready, which was not easy as a lot of us had different arrival and departure dates. The second Maria, on the entertainment team, was absolutely lovely!! She made sure that we all had a blast! It wouldn’t have been as great of a trip had it not been for these two ladies. Can’t wait to come back!
H	Hans Burgner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were not impressed. For the price, they fell short in almost every way. Food presentation was good, but the flavor of the food was not 5 star at all. The pool staff did pretty well, but the drinks weren't great. Very little to do there but sit by the pool or the beach. They did however have a great gym. The lack of emanates motivated us to workout everyday. We opted for the Aqua club. Another disappointment. It was nice to have access to a butler for direct contact, but again, they fell short in meeting our expectations. Some people seem to love it there. We did not. I am positive there are worse places. However, we have spent less (much less) and have stayed at better.
A	Awilda Olson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I just came back from a wonderful vacation at this all inclusive hotel. The room was very nice, and the king-size bed was very comfortable. The staff was very attentive, and a phone call away. This hotel provides great room service. The food was good, and the pools were amazing! Without a doubt, we will return to this hotel. Be aware that there is construction next to this hotel and workers start working around 7:30 a.m.

The service was impeccable, nothing like I have ever experienced before. The employees were extremely friendly and definitely knew how to make you feel special. The restaurants were all fantastic! The food was so delicious, I truly have no complaints. The only thing I will say is that I found their dessert selection to be very limited, but definitely not a big deal to affect my overall experience. The entire facility was extremely clean and well kept. Everything always smelled so beautifully. As soon as I got home, I told all my friends and family about it and told them they have to go at least once. I definitely know I will be going back again!
S	Shardae Hale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star resort. My best friend and I took a much needed girls trip to Cancun. I chose this resort after finding it hidden in cheap Caribbean.com. It was more expensive then the other hotels but you truly get what you pay for. I hate long reviews so here I’ll trip to shorten in. Pros: Amazing sensory experience. Upon arrival your senses are taken on it’s own separate journey. It smells amazing. Check out was quick. The food is amazing the atmosphere is also incredible. Drinks are top shelf. Did I mention the food is amazing. 24 hour room service. The blinds/Shades recess when you walk in. Beautiful shower. Very clean hotel. Adults only. Cons: it may be out of your price range but if you want luxury this is the place for you.
