Hace un par de días vine a cotizar unas llantas, el empleado que te recibe un tipo incapaz de orientar, se queda viendo el monitor de su computadora sin mirarte o escuchar tus necesidades, realmente por empleados así los propietarios pierden clientes. El que me terminó asesorando fue el talachero, que también cero calidad de servicio, cambio su actitud por qué le dejé las llantas que traía.
Mucho que desear el lugar y no por el lugar, si no por la gente que te atiende.
Never to return, I did it because of the proximity to my work and the urgency of attention. A couple of days ago I came to quote some tires, the employee who receives you a guy unable to guide, stares at his computer monitor without looking at you or listening to your needs, really because of employees so owners lose customers. The one who ended up advising me was the talachero, who also had zero quality of service, he changed his attitude because I left him the tires he had.
Much to be desired about the place and not for the place, but for the people who serve you.
