★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pese a que un día antes avise de solicitud de servicio para el día siguiente a primera hora, cuando asistí al lugar a la reparación requerida, me defraudaron diciéndome que el responsable para realizar la reparación correspondiente no se encontraba y que no podían realizar dicha reparación. Motivo por el cual estoy dando está calificación.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da un buen servicio reparan las fallas que no son comunes lo unico malo es que hay que hacer cita para ser atendido y si tienen trabajos pendientes te atienden conforme hallas llegado aunque eso signifique esperar uno o dos dias para ingresar tu auto al taller
Give a good service, they repair the faults that are not common, the only bad thing is that you have to make an appointment to be attended to and if they have pending work they will attend you as you arrive, even if that means waiting a day or two to enter your car at the workshop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen trato de los empleados cobrando nos creo yo lo justo por arreglarnos dos rines, la primera ocasión que fuimos fue para el interesado de un rin de acero y quedamos muy complacidos y la segunda ocasión llevamos dos rines del nuevo Chevrolet Beat a reparar ya que estaban golpeados y sobre todo les faltaban pedazos del mismo rin. De ambos trabajos hemos quedado al 100% de satisfacción

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraude acudí a él para una reparación de un jetta en donde se comprometió a entregarlo en 1 mes, pasaron casi 3 meses y no lo tenía ni al 50%, por lo que se le pidió el carro para ello se liquidó el total de lo acordado $22,000 el señor me bloqueó llamadas y no se paro para la entrega enviando a su hermano mayor, algunos en la colonia en donde radica saben que es agresivo y pensaba solucionar las cosas a golpes, interpusimos una denuncia en profeco y estamos esperando justicia. Humberto rivera “Llanta Garra es un queda mal “ anexo fotos de cómo el día que recogí el vehículo estaban intentando solucionar un detalle en frenos y el tipo de acabado en la pintura en donde cobro $9000 y además estrelló el parabrisas, no haciéndose responsable.
