El gerente Sr. Sergio Cota fue quien me atendió para la venta de un par de llantas el día miércoles, no las tenían en esa sucursal e iban a mandarlas traer de otra ciudad, así que tuve que pagarlas por anticipado, pero me dijo que estarían a la 1 pm del siguiente día, cosa que no sucedió, y me dijo que sin falta las tendría el día de hoy viernes temprano, tampoco sucedió, así que ahora dice que mañana sábado las tendría como a las 11 am, pero ya no quise esperar y le he solicitado la devolución de mi dinero, a lo que me dice que no es posible, que es un trámite que tarda entre 15 y 20 días. NO RECOMIENDO ni siquiera que se acerquen a preguntar por algún servicio, es una empresa sin compromiso.
Tendré que hacer algo por la vía legal.

P.D salita estar bastante agradable con internet y servicio de comida de un sushi de a un lado por si tienes hambre ;)
Excellent Service and Price !!; There was a slight delay with my tires but the service was always very friendly and as soon as they arrived they changed them shortly.
P.D Salita is quite nice with internet and food service of a sushi on one side in case you are hungry;)
