★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No son muy buenos en la atención al cliente, llegas a sus instalaciones y te tratan como si fueras su empleado, te ponen tu paquete en rampa y tú tienes que subirlo a tu camioneta, antes de eso te tienen parado en el mostrador hasta que se animan a atenderte. Muy mal logística semiprofesional deberían llamarse

Terrible customer service, they leave you hanging on the phone for a long time. Sending a 10 Kgs package from Mexico City to Puebla takes up to 5 days. I do not recommend this transport very much
