Rogelio, if you’re reading this I’m so sorry I didn’t leave a tip! I didn’t realize that was standard practice in Mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was definitely the best burger I ever had outside. The meat was perfect, not to much ingredients so you can still taste every single bite. The owner is amazing, friendly and a great entertainer. Always ready for a chat. Must come back again as soon as possible.

Is it in BUNS? - brioche buns were deliciously crispy and NOT “over sauced”
Is it in VEGGIES? - they DID deliver on freshness and balanced flavor
Is it in caramelized ONIONS and sautéed MUSHROOMS? - who brilliantly played their part in bringing together the symphony of flavors
WELL…
MOST will say it is in the PATTY… and THIS might be a big disappointment for burger aficionados.
It looked and tasted like a frozen store bought mix of meats (pork, maybe some poultry and MAYBE some beef). No judgement - just a fact.
Altogether - with friendly service and acceptable prices (on average $90 MXN per burger) - it STILL tasted better than anticipated and I finished it all gladly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LomBeach was an incredible discover!!! We ate the best ever Burgers in Cancun, tried the papas con queso y tocino awww marvellous!!! Danonino is the chef and he has the greatest talent in the kitchen. Rogelio, the owner, is a super friendly guy, the place is in the real Cancun were you will find the taste of the city, do not be afraid to left the hotel area and get one of the Lombardo neighbor's experience!!!

Delicious burger with 200 gr beef & 5 or 6 big prawns.
The meat was cooked as I asked for. Juicy. The prawns were fantastic and the rest too.
Every ingredient was so tasty and I appreciate it was unlike those burgers which are good but where the flavors of the ingredients tend to fade into one sort of flavor... here the individual flavors were preserved. Simply delicious.
The location is a bit remote. The setup is cool. The service is very friendly and attentive. A great experience.
I will be back :D
