J	Ja M aL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Service war leider ein wenig unfreundlich, das Essen, die Burger vorallem waren mehr Brot als was anderes....und beim all you can eat sollte man dann mehr bezahlen für den "schnellen service" wozu überhaupt niemals zugestummen wurde!!! Deshalb leider nur 1 Stern. Die Kette ansonst wäre super! Unfortunately, the service was a little unfriendly, the food, the burgers in particular were more bread than anything else.... and with all you can eat you should pay more for the "fast service" which was never agreed to!!! Therefore unfortunately only 1 star. The chain otherwise would be great!
V	Veronika Pruss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Essen war leider sehr schlecht, Spare Ribs waren ausverkauft, Pommes kam kalt, pappig, einfach ungenießbar (komplett zurück gegeben), die Chickenwings (die keine Wings sind - nur Unterschenkel) meeega trocken, als ob sie vorm Vortag wären. Salat war OK aber nicht wirklich frisch...die Kellner waren in erstem Moment bemüht, aber die Bemühung hat nach 5 Minuten stark nachgelassen. Wirklich schade. Unfortunately, the food was very bad, spare ribs were sold out, fries came cold, sticky, simply inedible (completely returned), the chicken wings (which are not wings - only lower legs) very dry, as if they were from the day before. Salad was OK but not really fresh... the waiters tried hard at first, but the effort dropped after 5 minutes. A real shame.

Mejoraría mucho la experiencia, por qué así le piensas 2 veces para regresar ☹️ I liked the concept and the service was good, but they could improve the quality of their food if they just delivered hot. It would greatly improve the experience, why do you think about it twice to return ☹️

Correcto para la ciudad! During my vacations in Playa del Carmen, I have eaten here. He didn't try the Wings but I had a Burger with fries and a cocktail. Very tasty, quite cheap prices. Right for the city!

Unfortunately that it's typical around here. Bad service should NOT be the norm. Customers should demand better or stop buying from here all together.

Ordered are all you can eat wings order, we were outside with our 2 puppies it started to rain. Ask the waiter if we could go inside the answer was no but I thought it would be a no because of the dogs. But I could see they gad tgere umbrellas inside leaning on the window so I asked if they would bring us one answer was no. Wow they expected us to sit our in the rain and eat our wings. Never will I go to this s.h.i.t hole again.
