Más de 4 días esperando una cotización y nunca llegó. Inclusive llamé 2 veces para preguntar y según en 1 hora la enviarían al correo electrónico proporcionado y nunca lo hicieron.
Pésimo servicio al cliente.
On the first call they made me wait 5 minutes on the phone and not an apology.
More than 4 days waiting for a quote and it never came. I even called 2 times to ask and according to 1 hour they would send it to the email provided and they never did.
Terrible customer service.

The lady who answers the phone is angry at life and apparently at her job. He needed quotes and he practically told me that I can't find what I'm looking for there because his product is Chinese and of poor quality.

El gran problema se presentó al momento de tomar medidas y comenzar con el trabajo, pues literal me dejaron plantado. Esperé al técnico o enviado por más de una hora antes de comunicarme a los números de la empresa para preguntar por la persona que vendría y no sabían dónde estaba, que había salido pero que no sabían a qué hora regresaría, pareciera que se les hubiera olvidado el compromiso para la toma de medidas in situ para comenzar a trabajar pues ya me había convencido el presupuesto. Por la buena reputación y opiniones aquí encontradas decidí hacer algo que no hago a menudo; a pesar de que me dejaron plantado insistí para concertar nuevamente la toma de medidas, por teléfono. Pero nunca recibí una respuesta concluyente de las personas con las que platiqué o explicación de la actitud evasiva (en los hechos) por parte del personal. Siempre se puede mejorar, pero para eso por lo menos se tiene que reconocer cuándo se comente un error. Falta de respeto al tiempo ajeno.

Due to the good reputation and opinions found here, I decided to do something that I don't do often; Despite the fact that they left me standing, I insisted to arrange the taking of measures again, by phone. But I never received a conclusive response from the people I spoke with or an explanation of the evasive attitude (in fact) from the staff. You can always improve, but for that at least you have to recognize when you make a mistake. Lack of respect for other people's time.
