★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent sambutes with super juicy cochinita pibil (handmade fried tortilla with ground roasted pork). Lemonade perfect, not too sweet. AND he happily pulled out an umbrella for me since I was melting. Perfecto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t walk past this family-run gem of a restaurant. Juan, Itzal, Mama Marisol and Enrique will make you feel you’ve just sat down at their dinning room table, complete with the occasional sing-a-long ranchera on the low volume radio. The mole was some of the best we’ve had in Mexico (over 30 years travel here). For vegetarians, they will happily accommodate your requests and convert many items on the menu- I had the huarache- it was loaded on a handmade large oval fat corn tortilla with nicely grilled veggies over refried black beans. Omg. You must try this spot!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best meal we've had yet in PM. The most beautiful plate of ceviche I've ever seen and the fajitas were outstanding. Our table was full of chips and sauces that came with the meal. It was an all around fantastic dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gem in the region! Superb small restaurant run by family. Juan and his wife makes excellent local food. Generous and delicious. We went there everyday and could not have enough! Fajitas is their specialty. It comes on a very hot plancha. Their local Yucatan food like Huarache (hand made tortilla with beans and meat) is amazing. Must try at least once!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I found this gem recently. They offer some wonderful Mexican and Mayan dishes. The fajitas and taco’s are huge portions and will definitely fill you up, especially the fajitas… these could easily be shared between the two if us. Excellent agua fresca too. ?????
