★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una única chica amable para el servicio, te presionan para que pidas los demás, la comida de pésima calidad y costos elevados para lo que te sirven, nos trajeron algo que no pedimos después de tardarse un buen rato en la preparación, se nota una desorganización grande, nada recomendable.
 A single friendly girl for the service, they pressure you to order the others, the food is of poor quality and high costs for what they serve you, they brought us something that we did not ask for after taking a long time to prepare, a disorganization is noticeable big, not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente comida. Muy rica, rapidez en la entrega de los alimentos, muy higiénico, precios muy accesibles y trato por parte del personal muy agradable y ni se diga el Encargado: te hace sentir super cómodo, agusto y relajado en el lugar. Recomendado al 100% si visitan Guanajuato.
Excellent meal. Very rich, fast delivery of food, very hygienic, very accessible prices and treatment by very pleasant staff and not to mention the Manager: it makes you feel super comfortable, comfortable and relaxed in the place. 100% recommended if you visit Guanajuato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foul doesn't even begin to describe the food at this place. The enchiladas we're chewy like an old shoe. My wife had the bistec and said it was like eating plastic. My 3 year old had a hamburger and after one bite refused to touch it. Overpriced as well. Just don't do it. There are plenty of other places to eat nearby that are better than this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fea. El servicio está muy mal y la comida viene roto y fría. La verdad si vas a comer y tienes hambre no vayas a esta lugar.
This was a terrible restaurant. I would not recommend to anyone. I ordered a hamburger and the meat came burnt and in 5 pieces, along with the French fries being wet from the lettuce they put on the plate. Please save your money and go to any of the other restaurants downtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the milanesa de res. It had no flavor whatsoever! No seasoning, and it was like eating beef jerky! The rice it came with, was bland and overall, we were very disappointed. This was our first meal since arriving, so hopefully we will have better luck.
