★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing pulque. Cute spot with great flavors. We tried the Avena (oatmeal) and the Nunez (pecan). The base pulque itself is very lively and tangy with a slight effervescent mouthfeel. Still the viscosity was there.
If you’ve never had pulque, try it here first. If you’re weird about textures, share one with someone who’s adventurous.
