★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Los Itzaes hotel is Beautiful and affordable.
The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome, specifically, the Hotel manager, Maria.
The hotel is right next to the fifth avenue, which is where everything is and happens. I am looking forward to coming back to the hotel and definitely would recommend the hotel to my family and friends.

The staff is incredible, the rooms are great, the price was good and the location is phenomenal, its right there in the middle of everything so all you have to do is walk. Did I tell you how great the staff was, especially Vicky! I recommend this hotel to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is very clean. Its well located between 5th avenue and the ADO station. The staff are friendly, the wifi connection is good, and the showers actually run hot water. It's a nice low key and quiet hotel for solo travellers, couples or small families, and there is a peaceful terrace upstairs. Having experienced many locations at Playa, including hostels, this place is a gem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In general not too bad, it is depends on what you expected.
The good things:
*Good location, juste a minute from the main avenue and the beach, near many good restaurant.
*We didn't have any noise from the street (surprisingly) and we had good night sleep.
*There is a small swimming pool on the roof, it is located in a good position so you can have the sun all day.
Bad things:
*The room is quite simple and the double bed could be bigger (it felt a bit small)
*No elevator, we were on the 3rd floor and had to carry our suitcases all by ourselves.
*Shower flow is not so strong
