★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio no lo recomiendo no se hacen responsables de lo que venden , y el mostrador ni se diga y no atienden llamadas telefónicas ni en las sucursales ni en matriz , forzosamente tiene uno que ir a la sucursal.

No saludan, no ATIENDEN y al preguntarles algo te contestan de forma descortés. Es una lastima porque tienen buen surtido y precios competitivos. Recomiendo ir solo si sabes que comprarás, de otra manera te sorprenderá lo groseros que pueden ser al responder cualquier duda que tengas.
Very bad service.
They do not say hello, they do not ATTEND and when you ask them something they answer you in a rude way. It's a shame because they have a good assortment and competitive prices. I recommend going only if you know what you will buy, otherwise you will be surprised how rude they can be when answering any questions you have.

Como si no me alcanzará o se la pidiera regalada y el otro chavo que atiende tubo el descaro de decirme que si sabía que era lo que quería o nomás estaba preguntando, mal mal mal servicio y trato yo llegue preparado y dispuesto a comprar dos bisicletas 29 y mejor me di la vuelta y me fui
