★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalaciones muy agradables y en armonía con la naturaleza. La comida rica y personal del restaurante muy amable.
El servicio de la recepción es mejorable (no son groseros, pero tampco son precisamente amables)
 Very nice facilities and in harmony with nature. Great food and very friendly restaurant staff.
The service at the reception can be improved (they are not rude, but they are not exactly friendly either)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para divertirse y disfrutar de albercas y toboganes el restaurante tiene lo básico para poder hacer tus comidas y también hay lugares donde puedes encontrar comida más de esnacks hay hotel y esta el cubotel que si no eres claustrofobico esta bien para quedarte una noche literal solo tiene una dos camas y los baños son compartidos eso si el lugar estaba muy limpio pero fui en temporada baja tal vez se ponga más denso digamos ahora en semana santa
Good place to have fun and enjoy pools and slides the restaurant has the basics to be able to make your meals and there are also places where you can find food more than snacks there is a hotel and there is the cubotel that if you are not claustrophobic it is fine to stay a literal night alone it has a two beds and the bathrooms are shared that if the place was very clean but I went in low season maybe it gets more dense let's say now in Easter

El único pero......es que si en la noche quieres salir a caminar ......hay muchísimas muchísimas hormigas negras muy grandes
Y entonces la caminata se vuelve carrera de obstáculos
Xq salen de todos lados?
Beautiful and peaceful place .... the staff very very friendly and attentive
The only but ...... is that if you want to go for a walk at night ...... there are many, many very large black ants
And then the walk turns into an obstacle course
Because they come from everywhere ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te cobran los snaks, jugos, etc.que ponen en la habitación les faltaría una parrillita eléctrica o mínimo un horno de microondas, en una habitación NO hay aire acondicionado, en la bañera el protector de la coladera está safada, los vecinos de cuartos vecinos no te dejan ni poner tu bocina se quejan aún que festejen un cumpleaños. Cierran el restaurante a las 10:30 pm deberían de tener un servicio al cuarto después de ese horario puesto que fuimos con niños y les da hambre de noche.... NO me gusta que te dan una mesa que ellos reservan, NO podemos escojer la mesa en el lugar de nuestro agrado...
They charge you for the snacks, juices, etc. that they put in the room, they would need an electric grill or at least a microwave oven, in one room there is NO air conditioning, in the bathtub the protector of the drain is loose, the neighbors of neighboring rooms They don't even let you put your horn on, they still complain that they celebrate a birthday. They close the restaurant at 10:30 pm they should have room service after that time since we went with children and they get hungry at night.... I don't like that they give you a table that they reserve, we can NOT choose the table in the place of our liking...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo uno de los cuartos tiene minisplit (el calor no deja dormir en otro lugar de la habitación), no hay WiFi funcional, ni llega la señal regular del celular. El cuarto y lugar son muy bonitos y cómodos.
Only one of the rooms has a mini-split (the heat prevents sleeping in another part of the room), there is no functional WiFi, nor does the regular cell phone signal arrive. The room and place are very nice and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work here for a while and I can say that this place is by far one of the worse places I worked at.. the lady that runs the place overworks the employees and lots of times forcing them to work 16 hrs for the same amount of money and no brakes... the owner is a great but overshadowed by the monster of management... I would.mot support places like this
