肉はほぐされていて、とても柔らかかったです。

Lo malo......Los precios muy caros $18 pesos, para un mini taco de barbacoa, en verdad son muuuuy pequeños, si eres de buen comer, por lo menos te comes unos 6 u 8 tacos para quedar bien. Las aguas de sabor ( Horchata, Jamaica, Tamarindo) un vaso de mediano a chico $30.
Yo me comí 8 mini tacos y 2 aguas, el total fue de $204 más 20 de propina, dando un gran total de $224 pesos. La verdad creo que por eso puedo encontrar un buen desayuno completo en un restaurante o incluso hasta un desayuno buffet.
Mi recomendación es ajustar un poco a la baja los precios y crecer el tamaño de las porciones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los mejores tacos de Barbacoa que he comido, y eso que odio los tacos de birria y Barbacoa (al menos los que hay en Veracruz) ... Estos tacos son sublimes, una bendita joya gastronómica ... Si vas solo o acompañado no pidas por taco, pide por kilo o medio kilo y si no te lo terminas, pídelo para llevar y en 3 hrs repites, así de buenos están.
? Lo bueno
- La tortilla es excelente, además la bañan en la salsita de la barbacoa .... Puff ... Me deshago de solo escribirlo
- La barbacoa es excelente y para nada grasosa, al terminar de comerla NO te sientes como si hubieras bebido medio litro de manteca
- Las salsas son buenas, recomiendo la verde
? Lo malo
- Lamentablemente mientras devoraba como un cerdo estos tacos, llevaba puesta una playera blanca que termino ensuciandose con varios puntos del jugo de la barbacoa ... Consejo: usa ropa oscura si piensas ir a atragantarte de este manjar
