★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic crew! They were entertaining and made sure everyone had a great time. Benji and crew worked super hard and made everyone feel safe right away. Crew is fast and you would complete all the zip lines in ~one hour. Moderate hike expected - but drinking water was provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An awesome adventure for the whole family! The employees are doing the extra mile for you to have a great day and they are very enthusiastic and welcoming. My kids (7yo and 11yo) are usually not so adventurous but they never hesitated or got scared and we all had fun. The restaurant is the perfect place to rest after the ziplines with everything you are looking for (view, food and cocktails, friendly staff)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done a couple of zip line excursions with Los Veranos canopy tour in the past. I just did another one a few days ago. I absolutely enjoy their tours. They are professional, but funny. In fact, I could not stop laughing at their great humour. In addition, they are safe and ensure we have a good time! Besides the zip line, they have a great restaurant, animals to pet and a clean river to jump in to. Some might think the river is cold, but as a Canadian, I enjoyed jumping in to the river! I highly recommend going with Los Veranos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kids and I had a wonderful time on this zip line adventure. My youngest (9 years old) was scared at first. However, the guides were kind and so very knowledgeable. They took the first two zip lines with her and by the end she was laughing and hanging upside down! The guides were fun. Safety was a priority. We all had a terrific time! The restaurant was also lovely and my kids had a ball swimming in the lake and visiting with the animals. I highly recommend this tour for any family visiting Puerto Vallarta!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the highlight of our trip. Our kids (7,9) loved it. The crew was amazing (thank you Pepe and team). We had done a bad boat trip earlier in the week so such a relief to find an adventure that lived up to the hype. Would do it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best zip line tour I have been on, boat ride there was also awesome. I wasn't expecting 14 different zip lines at different heights and speeds.
I will diffently do this tour again. Plus animals and swimming at the end.at the end

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went on the zip line and it was so fun!
The tour main guide person was very funny and explained everything good. There were about 8 staff on the zip line thing and all of the were super nice. The main guide also drove the truck and the drive is long but it's fun.
When you get there, there are very clear instructions. You put your stuff in the lockers located right next to the bathroom before the zip line tour starts. They tell you to leave your phone (optional) and all your stuff. I also highly recommend leaving your phone in the locker because there is a river down below and both your hand are occupied. Also it will probably fall out of your pocket.
Once they tell you how to do all the things on the zip line (brake and stuff), you hike up a little and there is the first zip line. Unfortunately, there are always other people there so you have to wait in line to get to the first zip line. The first 5 are practice and then there are 16 other non-practice zip lines. Everything is moving quickly so it's a bit nerve racking because you can see the staff helping the other person get off and there is only 1 staff per platform. So imagine you are going down a fast zip line and the staff is helping the person in front of you get off, and you don't know if you should brake or whatever. If you find yourself in that situation (everyone did), I recommend closing your eyes. When you land on the platform there is either the next platform or a bunch of stairs leading up. And this is no easy job getting up, all your heavy equipment is fastened tightly around your waist and you have to carry the heavy metal thingy(forgot what it's called). Near the end few zip lines, you have the chance to go upside down, unfortunately you have to go with a staff member do you have to wait because there won't be enough for everyone.
When I finished the zip line I recommend having lunch. Everything is fresh and delicious. We had tacos and absolutely enjoyed it! The waiters there are also very nice!
After the delicious food we went to the tiny zoo. You walk up the stairs from the restaurant and there it is! You can hold a giant yellow and white snake and also cute monkeys! Even a toucan!
These places all have somethig in commong, they are all by the river! Right next to the river there is a speedy slide straight into the river! The river is very beautiful, it is bright blue and transparent! Make sure not to forget your swim suit!
I really enjoyed this place and I definitely recommend this place to anyone! Keep in mind there are different tours not only the zip line!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the best time. Absolutely loved our experience. Office staff were helpful from the start. Once we got to the Zipline tour, the guides were terrific without question, especially Alexander and Anthony and Pepe. Someone had a three year old and the guide LITERALLY carried her through the course, clipping and unclipping her so she had a nice experience. I wouldn't bring kids, personally, as it's a lot for them, but the guides were great. Tour was great too. Not excessively physically demanding. The kayaking and water elements are very minimal and the Zipline excursion is 98% just ziplining with an opportunity to drip your feet at the end. The restaurant at the end is tasty and the tequila tasting was fun. As was the bird and monkey exhibit. Definitely something to do with a group. Not for people who cannot walk easily or struggle with climbing or are of size as the course requires a good amount of climbing up steepish terrain.
Take the speedboat if you can. So cool. Very very worth it.
