★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pizza es muy rica; excelente la masa y la cantidad de queso y toppings. Recomiendo muuucho probar la de pepe y una de 4 quesos, es de otro nivel.
No me agradó mucho lo que quisieron hacer con el lugar… en la parte de adentro solo tienen la cocina, la cual a simple vista no se ve muy higienizado, y el baño que tienen es de empleados, el cual tampoco deja una buena impresión.
Destaco la atención del mesero, quién explicó el concepto y fue amable, pero consideren que el tiempo de entrega de las pizzas es lento, aún cuando no hay gente, pues lo preparan en el momento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy decepcionada de que Lou’s Pizza no sea lo que alguna vez fue, nada que ver con aquella pizza increíble que encontré un día por San Ángel.
En esta ocasión que fui he de decir que me llevé una gran decepción, la piña de mi pizza hawaiana estaba echada perder, se lo comenté al mesero y sólo se justificó diciéndome que era por la preparación tradicional con vinagre que le daban a la piña, le pedí por favor que realmente probara la mitad que quedaba de la pizza y que comprobara el sabor, sé perfectamente diferenciar entre el vinagre y una piña que simplemente ya estaba pasada… echada perder.
También afuera, la verdad es que la experiencia no fue tan buena, no creo regresar, es incómodo que tengan una coladera abierta junto a las mesas y todo el tiempo están saliendo cucarachas cerca de tus pies, es incómodo que los empleados no usen cubrebocas para preparar las pizzas, es incómodo que el lugar se vea sucio y que no limpien.
Me voy triste.
 I am disappointed that Lou's Pizza is not what it once was, nothing to do with that incredible pizza I found one day in San Angel.
On this occasion that I went I have to say that I was very disappointed, the pineapple on my Hawaiian pizza was spoiled, I told the waiter about it and he only justified himself by telling me that it was because of the traditional preparation with vinegar that they gave to the pineapple, I asked him to please really taste the remaining half of the pizza and check the taste, I know exactly how to tell the difference between vinegar and a pineapple that was just soggy… spoiled.
Also outside, the truth is that the experience was not so good, I do not think I will return, it is uncomfortable that they have an open drain next to the tables and cockroaches are coming out all the time near your feet, it is uncomfortable that the employees do not use face masks to prepare the pizzas, it is uncomfortable that the place looks dirty and that they do not clean.
I go sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza was okay, nothing crazy. Service is reaaaaaally slow and they don’t show any beverages on the menu (which are like 3 options anyway) plus the staff doesn’t let you know right away. Wouldn’t recommend eating here.

Thick dough and quality ingredients.
They take a little bit but it is because they’re cooking it at the time you order it, so it’s the freshest pizza in the neighborhood.
You can have it to go or sit outside.
I would definitely repeat and recommend ?
