Agende una cita con anticipación y al acudir a la hora indicada me dicen que me cancelaron y me atenderán otro día y al preguntar por que no me avisaron me dicen que pensaban avisarme.
No deben jugar con el tiempo de los demás, entiendo que surgen percances pero no cuesta nada avisar pero no qué te digan cuando ya estas ahí....Que falta de atención.
 Bad experience
I scheduled an appointment in advance and when I went at the indicated time they told me that they canceled me and they would see me another day and when I asked why they didn't notify me they told me that they thought they would notify me.
They should not play with the time of others, I understand that mishaps arise but it does not cost anything to notify but not what they tell you when you are already there... What a lack of attention.
