Hice una compra de 2 controles para ventiladores de techo, que no me dieron bien el precio desde el inicio, los ventiladores no eran aptos para mis ventiladores y solicite el reembolso, lo cuál no quisieron, indicándome sus nuevas condiciones de devolución, por producto y antes de fin de mes.
Realize 3 visitas para poder cambiar de producto, después venderlo por fuera y recuperar mi dinero.
Pesíma atención al cliente, pésimo servicio de venta y post venta.
