On a family visit to Bucerias it occurred to Karla and Alex that Bucerias would be the ideal location to realize their goal of opening a restaurant. That is when they made the move from Guadalajara to Bucerias.
Little by little they put the pieces together and created Luna Luna. They opened serving Mexican breakfast and lunch, using fresh ingredients to make house specials. With over ten years in Bucerias, Luna luna has become a local favorite that keeps visitors coming back year after year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indoor and outdoor seating. A very talented guitarist and singer provided entertainment making lunch a very pleasant experience. Interesting items on the menu. The guys had a BLT and the ladies had a shrimp pineapple and cheese sandwich. All were served on a very nice crusty bread. The service was a little slow but very friendly.
