★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent restaurant in Patzcuaro. Food is prepared to perfection. Tequila shrimp not over done. I had the arracherra and it was fork tender and just pink inside. It came with lots of sides, the traditional grilled baby onions, refried beans, a huge scoop of guacamole! Lots of Mexican art work decorating the restaurant and some is for sale. And the waiter was attentive. A lovely experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice courtyard restaurant less than a block from the Plaza Grande (Vasco Quiroga). Great food and a nice if limited mezcal selection. We ate there twice in three days. Fish tacos are excellent!

The trout with dill was yummy, and they have very good Chiles en Nogada around Independence Day.
