Quality products although reduce selection... very pricey. $$$$$$

I've been missing Lush since moving to Mexico so it was so great stopping in this store during my visit!

Maybe theft is a problem here but I was very offended that me and my two friends were obviously being followed around. We put our items in a basket and eventually an employee held our basket for us. We all made our way upstairs and same employee follows us, even though there is an employee up there. This was before she took our basket btw. I was not shopping for anything so I decided to sit. My friends made a selection and went back downstairs. The same employee made it obvious that she was going nowhere until I got up and left with them. I just wanted to sit! I got up and employee followed me down the stairs. I get that you need to watch out for shoplifters but don't make it so obvious that it's uncomfortable for actual costumers.

The smells. Yes, the smells. That's what I call them. That intoxicating aroma of a Lush store just draws me in like a fly to honey. It's your typical lush store with that typical great customer service. You won't be disappointed

Fernando was amazing! So incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about Lush product! He even gave me a few things to try before I buy! Unfortunately, I accidentally left my samples at a restaurant, but that was my fault. I highly recommend this location and Fernando!

The nicest smelling shop in the neighborhood and probably in the city. If you are looking for organic, vegan, and eco-friendly products this is the place for you. I come here because I want to reduce my use of plastic. Most of their products do not a plastic container, and the plastic they use is recycled. In addition, if you take 5 Lush plastic bottles they give you a gift. I love their bar conditioners. They smell great, they work, and they are plastic free. The last time I went, one of the guys recommended me the Daddy-o conditioner and shampoo (they are made out of violet and lime). I’m loving them because they leave my hair soft, shiny, and smelling great. I also bought the toothy tabs to wash my teeth and I also love them. The only product I haven’t liked is their deodorant. It didn’t work for me, and I didn’t really like the smell. Other than that, I recommend coming to Lush. The only negative side is the price! You can find Mexican brands with similar products for half the price. But some of their products are worth the price. Plus they always give you free samples if you buy something.

I’m so disappointed in my shopping experience at lush. I had never shopped there before and never will again. For the high price they charge, the customer service should be excellent. They should be more concerned with the satisfaction of their customers. They wouldn’t let me exchange an untouched product that their salesperson sold to me. I’m unhappy with my product and there is nothing they will do about it. Because of covid you can’t smell the scent of the products and if you don’t like it or get the wrong scent, they don’t care. So be aware all products are final sales. I should have shopped at Balmoria Roma instead. It’s close by and offers natural beautiful products at a way better value.
