★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not order anything online from these people. I ordered a pair or Nike Air Force One about two weeks ago and they still have not arrived. I called to get the stores help in finding out what is going on and they told me that it is now a problem with Estafeta (the worst package delivery company in Mexico). I told them that "I bought the shoes from you and you were the one that chose Estafeta as your servicer" and they told me that there wasnt' anything they could do. So much for customer service and for helping to resolve the needs of your customers. Last time I ever order from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked to try on a pair of trainers, they disappeared for 15 mins whilst I waited. They came back to say they have the size but they don’t know where in the stock room..and then asked us to wait 5 more minutes. 15 more minutes later, no one gave an update, no one asked if we wanted to see another style. Of course, we left. Very poor experience for a premium store, please sort out your inventory & stock room.
