Nous avons pris une chambre avec terrasse et jaccuzi sauf qu’il n’y a pas de lumière le soir depuis 2 jours le transat est cassé donc on ne met pas en profiter, nous avons signalé à plusieurs reprises mais aucune action n’a été faite De plus nous sommes 6 et nous avons qu’une seule clé. Le ménage n’est pas compris si on ne reste pas une semaine minimum Dommage l’hôtel est joli mais nous sommes très déçus

Loved the place and the ambiance / decoration was stunning ! Lebanese starters were good especially the falafel but the moroccan tajine ??? It was so liquid that they serve it with a spoon and its far from a tajine ( too much lemon ) :( Also i expected them to have hookah but no ... maybe it would be a Nice add to this 1001 night arabic ambiance !

Beautiful and super quiet complex. The units are spacious and comfortable, the pool is beautiful and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. You have bike for free and it is pet friendly.

Great location! Awesome place to stay in the heart of Tulum, with incredible views and amenities. Walking distance to the best restaurants and bars in Aldea Zama. I stayed in one of the Penthouses and the private terrace and jacuzzi were superb. If you are a foodie fan don't forget to throw some steaks in your own private grill and enjoy it with a good wine. I will definitely recommend Macondo for anyone looking for relax and incredible vacations.

The place is pretty but we can write a whole list of all the bad service, we have places that we rent like this and we care a lot about costumer service, here they didn't care at all, the place was dirty when we arrive we have to wait 1 hour after check in time and a long trip they did not clean well, there was only 2 glasses for 6 people, wine glasses broken we report them since day one they never give us new ones they say they have a BBQ we bought a lot of food to cook and there was no gas bottle we ask for one they give us an empty one we give it back and ask for a new pne every day they never give us one back, there was ni water for 2 days, we ask the number of the managers they never give it to us always a wrong number. They ask a deposit for my dog and in our check out there was no one to give me the deposit back, we ask to transfer the deposit and they don't want to do it. And seriously the list can continue. Worst service I ever have. Not recommend at all.
