★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente decepcionada , soy cliente desde hace 25 años y las dos últimas veces que compre ya tienen la mitad de leche ,se supone que ( o al menos para mí ) era lo distintivo aparte del sabor obviamente .
Le hice el comentario a la Srita del mostrador y realmente me dijo que esa era la indicación que les habían dado en la empresa , es una lastima,
 Really disappointed, I have been a customer for 25 years and the last two times I buy they already have half the milk, it is supposed (or at least for me) it was the distinctive thing apart from the taste obviously.
I made the comment to the lady at the counter and she really told me that that was the indication they had been given at the company, it's a shame,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La especialidad, los pasteles de tres leches de diferentes sabores como, rompope, nuez, coco, café, etc etc! En lo personal me gustan mucho y pienso que son de excelente calidad y sabor! En cuanto a precios son caros pero el gasto vale la pena!
The specialty, the cakes of three milks of different flavors such as, rompope, walnut, coconut, coffee, etc etc! Personally I like them very much and I think they are of excellent quality and flavor! As for prices they are expensive but the expense is worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El 18 abril 2021 acudi muy emocionada a adquirir un antojo que tenia desde hacía mucho tiempo , sin imaginar mi GRAN DECEPCIÓN EN TODOS LOS SENTIDOS:
1.- PESIMA ATENCION DE LA MUJER QUE ATIENDE, muy despota y grosera, casi le suplico para que me vendiera un pastel......?
2.- COMPRE UN PASTEL TAMAÑO MEDIANO DE NUEZ POR $450.00 pesos, me pareció muy caro.... sin embargo, pense que seria extraordinariamente delicioso..... SORPRESA!!!!??? AGRIO, LA LECHE CON CONSISTENCIA VISCOSA, SECO, SIN SABOR, ....... corte y probe una sola rebanada??..... lo probe y LO TIRE A LA BASURA, no quise regresar a realizar devolución , ya que la vendedora seguramente me golpearia, decidi, tirarlo y evitar mas conflicto.
CONCLUSIONES: MACRAM SUCURSAL PATRIOTISMO..... PESIMO SERVICIO, PRODUCTO DE PESIMA CALIDAD Y PRECIO ABUSIVO NOOOO LO VALE!!!???adjunto fotos de esa asquerosidad??????
On April 18, 2021 I came very excited to acquire a craving that I had had for a long time, without imagining my GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT IN EVERY SENSE:
1.- POOR ATTENTION FROM THE WOMAN ATTENDING, very despotic and rude, I almost begged her to sell me a cake ...... ?
2.- BUY A MEDIUM SIZE NUT CAKE FOR $ 450.00 pesos, I thought it was very expensive .... however, I thought it would be extraordinarily delicious ..... SURPRISE !!!! ??? SOUR, THE MILK WITH VISCOSE CONSISTENCY , DRY, WITHOUT FLAVOR, ....... cut and tried a single slice?? ..... I tried it and THROWN IT IN THE GARBAGE, I did not want to return to make a return, since the saleswoman would surely hit me, I decided, throw it away and avoid more conflict.
CONCLUSIONS: MACRAM BRANCH PATRIOTISM ..... POOR SERVICE, POOR QUALITY PRODUCT AND ABUSIVE PRICE NOT WORTH IT !!! ???I attach photos of that disgustingness as

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención deja mucho que desear, el personal es grosero y por lo menos en la sucursal de Patriotismo siempre es la misma situación. No aceptan pagos con tarjeta pero cuando te cobran en efectivo, nunca tienen cambio o te piden que les des la cantidad exacta. En temporadas altas, el producto se les acaba en la presentación o tamaño que sea, siempre pasa lo mismo y se dedican a ese giro desde hace años. La verdad es que ya no le encuentro ningún plus para comprar en ese lugar, hasta el local ha permanecido con el mismo aspecto desde hace mucho y para el personal que atiende pareciera que siempre te están haciendo el favor de venderte.
The attention leaves much to be desired, the staff is rude and at least in the Patriotismo branch it is always the same situation. They don't accept card payments but when they charge you in cash, they never have change or ask you to give them the exact amount. In high seasons, the product runs out in any presentation or size, the same thing always happens and they have been dedicated to that line of business for years. The truth is that I no longer find any plus to buy in that place, even the place has remained with the same appearance for a long time and for the staff that attends it seems that they are always doing you the favor of selling you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevaba años comiendo estos pasteles, sin embargo, está última fue decepcionante, muy poca leche, la parte de arriba totalmente seca. Muy decepcionante.
I had been eating these cakes for years, however, this last one was disappointing, very little milk, the top completely dry. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precios muy caros la actitud del personal es muy despota casi te avientan el pastel , no hay donde estacionarse y tienes que estorbar la ciclovía y la banqueta haciendo que los ciclistas te la mienten y con justa razón ? sin duda alguna son mejor los pasteles de costco , Sams , la esperanza , Sanborns o cualquier otra pastelería donde te atiendan mejor, Ojo ? te puede tocar un pastel ya podrido
Very expensive prices, the attitude of the staff is very despot, they almost throw the cake at you, there is no where to park and you have to interfere with the bike lane and the sidewalk making the cyclists lie to you and with good reason ? without a doubt costco cakes are better , Sams, hope, Sanborns or any other bakery where they serve you better, Ojo ? you can touch a cake that is already rotten

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo años comprando ahí, los pasteles siempre fueron mis favoritos, fui hace un par de días y pedí un pastel de rompope, en vez de eso me dieron uno de nuez, tenía todas las características de uno de rompope menos el sabor, me di cuenta hasta que lo probé. Tenía muy poca leche, y la que tenia estaba viscosa y super seco de la parte de arriba.
Decepción total! No pude regresar a hacer la devolución porque vivo lejos pero dejo mi experiencia para que se cercioren de que es el sabor correcto y que esté fresco. Saludos!
I have been buying there for years, the cakes have always been my favorites, I went a couple of days ago and asked for an eggnog cake, instead they gave me a walnut one, it had all the characteristics of an eggnog cake except for the taste, I realized until i tried it. It had very little milk, and what it did have was slimy and super dry on top.
Total disappointment! I could not return to make the return because I live far away but I leave my experience so that they make sure that it is the correct flavor and that it is fresh. Greetings!
