El único problema que he tenido con la tienda (y se que no es culpa de quienes ahí atienden) es que a veces se retrasan con algunos trabajos (yo llevo rollos fotográficos para digitalizar) porque el equipo está descompuesto.
They are always friendly in the deal. Prices, considering the quality of work, are fair.
The only problem I have had with the store (and I know it is not the fault of those who attend there) is that sometimes they are delayed with some work (I carry photographic rolls to digitize) because the equipment is broken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hablé para preguntar si podían enmarcarme un rompecabezas me dijeron que si incluso si no estaba pegado, al llegar me atendió Josafat y lo hizo excelente, ya habían tomado las medidas y me dijeron que mejor no (el encargado en turno)que por qué no estaban capacitados para hacerlo con adherible y que si quería vidrio tenía yo que ir a comprarlo.
Marque pregunté y me dijeron que si y al llegar me dicen no mejor no.... Ni mi tiempo hubiera perdido por qué estuve ahí 30 min para que me dijeran que no.
Hace 6 años me enmarcaron ahi uno de 3000 piezas y no tuve ningún problema, creo que deberian ser más constantes con sus servicios.
I spoke to ask if they could frame a puzzle for me, they told me that if even if it was not glued, when I arrived, Jehoshaphat attended me and he did it excellent, they had already taken the measurements and they told me that it was better not (the manager on duty) than why they were not trained to do it with adhesive and that if I wanted glass I had to go buy it.
I asked and they said yes and when they arrived they said no, better no .... I would not have wasted my time, why was I there 30 min for them to say no.
6 years ago they framed me there one of 3000 pieces and I had no problem, I think they should be more constant with their services.
