★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical Mac store located on prime real estate. Quiet Sunday afternoon, few customers at all, staff was nice. Ended up buying an apple watch, there was a promotion of 10% discount with debit or cash payment. Good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have tech issues, don't bother coming!! the store has really poor tech support. Not sure they're lazy or just afraid to get their hands over your iPhone. They limit their support to "kind suggestions" for you to do it under your own responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Have 4:30 apple care appointment. Arrived on time and we’re told to sit at the table in the middle. After 20 minutes of no one coming up to us we asked what was going on, and they told us someone would be attending us shortly. It’s now been another 30 minutes and no one has said a word to us again, let alone attended us. 4 staff meanwhile just sitting here on their phones. Do yourself a favor and make your apple care appointment at an actual apple store.
