Pésimo servicio, el gerente Jorge Pacheco es la persona más déspota y arrogante que he conocido en un puesto de ayuda y servicio.
Compré una funda, el vendedor me dijo que con mi ticket me podían hacer cualquier cambio o devolución. Fui al día siguiente a hacer un cambio y me dijeron que como no llevaba la caja (mismo que ellos me habían dicho un día antes no necesitaba) no me podían hacer ningún cambio y textual “Qué le hiciera como quisiera”
Yo era cliente frecuente, después de la última situación que tuve he decidió no volver a comprar en MacStore. Una pena.

Terrible service, the manager Jorge Pacheco is the most despotic and arrogant person I have ever met in a help and service position.
I bought a cover, the seller told me that with my ticket they could make any change or refund. I went the next day to make a change and they told me that since I did not have the box (the same as they had told me a day before I did not need it) they could not make any change and textual "What do I do as I want?"
I was a frequent customer, after the last situation I had I decided not to buy from MacStore again. A shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility is very nice, it's small but they have all Mac products. Staff is mostly friendly and they know what they do. Parking lot is small. Location is safe and nice.
