I am Kathy Mazel, a daughter, a sister to 10 other siblings, a mom to two daughters and a grandmother to six. Raised in Tucson, I lived there till I chose to make Rocky Point my main home. I live in Rocky Point now most of the time.

The Madre del Mar Villa is directly located on the beach front on the far east end of Las Conchas, the most desirable area of Rocky Point (now Puerto Peñasco). Originally built in 1985, Madre del Mar has seen continuous renovations and additions. A traditional Mexican home in design and architecture, it features a large courtyard with shaded overhangs, potted plants and a cozy atmosphere on a pristine beachfront.

As you will see, the Villa offers plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors, with 4,500 square feet under roof and twice that space in parking and courtyards, all walled-in for privacy and security.
