B	Bree Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First place I’ve found with oat milk! Order the iced americano for a strong coffee. The bakery is delicious- the cinnamon roll is perfection. I also tried the bacon ciabatta, it had lots of flavor but the bread choice wasn’t my favorite.

We ordered 2 frappuccino drinks, a cinnamon roll and 2 sandwiches. We never got the sandwiches, we asked for them and still didn't receive them, after we asked for the bill and told them we didn't want the sandwiches anymore, I think what was the owner came to our table and apologized to us, saying something went wrong with the order and he really felt bad about it, he told us we could just leave without paying but asked us to come back the day after to make it up. We did! Only for takeaway since we left Bacalar that day, we had the amazing cinnamon rolls again, they are the best we ever had! We really appreciated the way the owner handled the situation!! Therefor 5 stars!

Fantastic taste, great portions and reasonable prices. I had food envy when I saw what other people ordered as well - all looked amazing. Surprisingly tasty food, their coffee is fine too. Probably in the top 3 breakfast places in Bacalar. Other thing: they are closed in Wednesdays and they have no WiFi, so unfortunately it’s not possible to work there.

However the service could be better hence only 4 stars. We ordered a coffee and a cinnamon roll that they forgot about. So when we ordered again after 40 minutes they were out of cinnamon rolls which was disappointing and even more so because they still wanted to charge us for it ? but the rest was great!

I ordered a bagle, and the waiter was telling me this was pretty small and not enough for breakfast. So I ordered more, which turned out to be far too much. Second time they asked me if it would be ok for me to sit at a small table (looks like kids table). I said ok, if nothing else is free I will go there until something else becomes available. It wasn't very comfortable. When someone left and I wanted to switch, they took the table from me because a group of 5 had just arrived, and they needed two tables. Prioritize the people who are already in your restaurant, not new arrivals.
